2．受付時間　午前8時30分から午後5時まで

申請時に必要なもの Necessary documents

• 在留カード
  Resident Card
• 通称が居住関係の公証のために住民票への記載が必要であることを証明できる資料
  (以下に掲げた書類のうち発行元が異なる書類等が複数必要です。)
  Documentation that proves common usage of the common name
  (Of the documents listed below, documents from different publishers are required.)
  
  学生証、社員証、預金通帳、納税通知書、源泉徴収票、消印のある書簡
  Student ID card, employee ID card,bank book,tax notice, certificate of income and withholding tax, letter with a post mark
• 個人番号カード（お持ちの方のみ）
  Individual number card（Only for those who have）
  
  ※申出する通称は社会通念上使用しているものに限ります。
  The common name to be offered is limited to the one that is being used under socially accepted conventions.
  ※一度申出した通称を変えることは原則不可能です。ただし身分行為（婚姻、養子縁組等）による氏の変更は例外となります。
  In principle, it is impossible to change the common name once offered. However, the exception is the change of person's name due to identity act　(marriage, adoption, etc.).
